The title says it all. Maybe it is time to keep it simple.

the book challenges the church to be clear and focus, to simplify... a good reminder for today's christian.

Simple Church is conceptually similar to the book "Good to Great" by Jim Collins in that it provides direct wisdom that is based on the results of thorough research and that has wide applicability. It has been about a year since I read this and I still routinely draw upon its simplifying principals to guide me in strategic thinking about mission and ministry.

Extremely practical book for me as a pastor. Help me clarify some things relating to our vision and how we move people through the process of becoming true followers of Jesus. Now I will walk our leadership team through the book and see what happens!

Great read about stripping away the fluff and focusing all the energy of the church on the basic elements which will help produce your desired outcome - disciples of Christ!

This is a great book for pastors and church leadership. Many churches today are out there cluttering up their calendars with programs and events that aren't really reaching or growing anyone. This well-researched book helps church leaders develop and implement a simple vision of doing what God intended the church to do--reach and disciple.
