The Introduction was great, then there were a few decent paragraphs - not really to my liking. The book is just basically someone's mental meanderings about his observations in NYC. He's not a terrible writer - just not my style.

    colson whitehead is a beautiful writer with a unique eye. this is a non-fiction piece on all that's great about new york city.
