I imagine this is one of those books you won't read before you're ready. Zukav's prose is often so abstract that it's bound to confuse -- or bore -- readers who aren't in the throes of the experience he describe, and even then, it's hard to grasp some of his message. I feel I "got" much of it, certainly enough to have me eagerly reading on, but I'm planning to reread it periodically to pick up the bits that sailed past me because I didn't yet have a way to understand them.
