What happens when you cross lit-theory with sci-fi with fairy-tales and mythology? I have no idea, but I love it.

I read this for a fiction litarature class years ago in college. Absolute crap! Its just a pile of random freakyness. Its like someone put a encyclopedia into a wood chipper and glued the mess back together in no particular order. Calvino is creative, I'll give you that, but I DESPISED this book.
