“Has anyone read "The White Witch" by Elizabeth Goudge? (It's probably not far from Elizabeth George, on the fiction shelf of your library! or put in a request for hold, for it: I think it was published in 1940 or so; it's an oldie but goodie.) That's my favorite "good witch" story of all time, and a beautiful love story too.”
