The strengths finder profile is a useful practical tool that will help you identify your 5 areas of greatest strength that are unique to you. You will also gain great insights into your personality. It's a refreshing perspective on using your strengths and managing weaknesses instead of trying to overcome them - VERY insightful. Weaknesses are not bad per se, they are simply those things that are not natural for you. If you are tired of feeling like you are beating your head against the wall, start managing your weaknesses and focus your energy in a productive way by maximizing your strengths!

BUYER BEWARE!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!This book comes with a code to an online test that can only be completed once per book purchased. If you buy the book used or check it out of a library (like I did) you will not be able to take the test, since most likely its previous owner/reader already used the code. Access to the test is NOT sold separately so you have to buy the book NEW in order to take it. The content of the book is great, but this marketing practice is a shame.
