  • Carnelian Suth: The main character. By being exiled with his father since he was young, he was brought up knowing kindness and living with his servents, treating them as equals. This thaught him values that make him an odd-case among the Masters. He travels to Osrakum with his father to participate in the election of the new Emperor God, one of twins that will embody The Twin God in himself. While among the Masters Carnelian learns about the political situation and all the details about how to move in the high circles of the Masters of which he was never a part of.
