If anyone could give me some insight into my question or point out what I may have missed I would really appreciate it. SO here goes:Beth is obviously the daughter of Euchrid's love Cosey Mo. So why would he be so insistant on killing her? I understand that his mind is slowly going, due to hereditary brain horrors caused by a tangled family line. But I felt that I would be able to discern a kind of warped motive that would make sense to Euchrid. This is what I must have missed. As I recall he seemed to be decided on murdering her, even before the creation of Doghead. My question is why?Also I am wondering if Beth was pregnant by Euchrid. The end with Doc Morrow informing the gaggle of Ukulite women that he can't save both threw me way way off. But I admit as I had gotten closer to the end, and felt I knew the destination of the narrative, grew a little bit disappointed and probably wasn't reading as closely as I should have been.
