How good have you designed yourself to feel at age 75? Age 35? How long have you designed yourself to live? If you have the slightest interest in these kinds of questions, you can't miss this book.

I wasn't completely surprised by the conclusions of The China Study and unless you've been living under a rock, you probably won't be either. But still, there's always something shocking about the truth when it really comes home.

    This book really is comprehensive, the study's depth and breadth of sheer numbers,the scientific design of it's study - backed with validity and provable outcomes - is it's backbone. Since reading it, I have made fundamental changes in my diet, which I thought was quite healthy. (I ate whole foods, mostly organic, free range, loosly following FDA guidelines.)
