Suze Orman directs her eighth book to women, speaking directly at them. She believes women need to take special interest in there finances and know how to take control if something happens that they find themselves alone. It is a very helpful book and I know it got me to thinking about a will and living will.”

“I was looking for a primer and this focuses more on advanced investing, but it still is good information to have for planning retirement and other long-term plans.”

“Really good advice. A lot of it can be viewed as common sense, but in that aspect it does a good job reinforcing what you already know. It really helps to make you feel like a confident and successful woman! The only issue I have with it is that I had to skip a bunch of it in the middle because it didn't apply to Canadians.

“I give this book 5 stars because I believe in the power of women knowing their financial situations. I have seen too many in my own life in messes because of their lack of knowledge in this field. Women-you must read this book-make sure you are active in your family financies. It is just plan "SMART" to do so.

This book is also a wonderful treasure for women who are new to many terms used in the financial world, along with women who are active but would like to learn to invest more.

“Awesome book! The beginning is pretty basic, but the second half touches on things I never knew about. Financial concepts are explained in plain English, which makes them easy to comprehend. ”
