I was not scared at all by this book, I have read much more disturbing stuff than this. I am curious though how the movie will come out. Who would you cast in the main roles? especially Adora.

This book wasn't what I expected it to be. I was kind of disappointed with the outcomes. It was definetly a twisting plot, especially at the end. I just couldn't relate to the main character Camille in any way.

My second book this summer featuring the protagonist’s main flaw and preoccupation as “cutting” as in, one’s self. Strange coincidence or fictional trend? I digress. Flynn did a decent job here, she is gifted young writer. Early on you realize that you just stumbled into the category of “women’s popular summer fiction” Everyone but the main character is cardboard thin. The few she developed past stereotype, drops off the page and the plot.

Stop at page 90, unless you're ready to read the entire thing. Great book
