Didn’t Like It“Not really what I expect. The world was too hard to figure out since there was a lack of explanation into what things were or who people were. Felt utterly confused for most the book. Got good when things heated up between Dante and the demon. The ending was a disappointment.” see full review » see other reviews » |

I loved her smart mouth, the way that she thought through situations, and even her vunerabilities. The mystery and action never stopped; it was like an exciting rollercoaster ride, because there was never a dull moment. I can't wait to read the next in the series”

A great, first-person story told with lots of action, believable dialog, and a fantastical tale of magic and technology that while set in the future is in a near-future that feels graspable and understandable.”
“It is recommended if you are looking for quick dialogue and a lot of action.”

It is a great break from vampires and werewolves. This is one of the better paranormal books I have gotten my hands on. Not only does it involve demons, but whole new subclasses of humans in a complex and very detailed world. It made for a very entertaining story.
It took on a new view of the religious side, if you can call it that. It mixes quite a few Gods from different parts of the world. It was interesting. I love reading about something other than the common crucifix storyline. I look forward to reading more from both series and author.”
