This book was good. I enjoyed it much better than Murder list. There was a lot of interaction between Dylan and Kate, I had a few good laughs. On to Shadow Dance, Noah's story.

Well, "Slow Burn" at times was more like a "slow read." I found the main character "Kate" very annoying. She seemed too old to have such juvenile feelings when it came to issues of love and intamacy. The last few chapters brings the story together as the story finally explodes!! I am not sure that it was compelling enough to make me read more of this author's work.
