“I was a non smoker the moment I finished reading this book. All I can say is that it really does work. I don't know why, or how, but I read the book and haven't had any interest in smoking since. I smoked for 26 years, on average at least 20 a day - some years more and some years less. I have not had cravings, I've not wished I could have "just one more," I've not had withdrawal, Ive had no problems with being cranky or any of that. I just simply stopped smoking. Never thought it was possible, but here I am, proof that the book works.
If you have any interest in becoming a non smoker, please read the book. At best, it will also work for you. If not, you are no worse off than you are now and you have the added benefit of having read a very interesting book.”
