The villian, Sonjei, was complicated, perplexing, and the very definition of nemesis! Can't wait to pick up #4” see full review » see other reviews » |

I realised that I had not read this book, which is the first of the Alex Cross books. And what an introduction! Looking at the other books, until his latest book, this is the gritest of the Alex Cross books. We are introduced to the Cross family, as well as characters that appear again in future books, such as Gary Soneji, and some characters we don't get to meet again. If you are a fan, or just like James Patterson's books, this book is definitely worth a read.”
