“I've read through nine books of this series, through Sons of Empire. I thought this one, Storybook Love, was the weakest of them all. The love story was gloopy, implausible and soap opera-y (and in a series about fairy tales and legends, that's saying something), and something in the art and writing was suddenly jarring to me. I'm glad I didn't put the series down, though, because it got right back into its groove with the next volume. Overall an excellent series.”
