In my endeavor to read more classics, I chose this off of a recommendation from a friend. I think I love Mr. Darcy. This is a masterpiece.

My favorite Jane Austen Novel. Elizabeth Bennet a young girl with a head on her shoulders, meets Mr. Darcy and thinks he's as arrogant as they come, She then falls in love. Finding out that she judged to quickly.

This book is about a family full of girls trying to match up with rich but likable men. This was very common in their time period, but the book focused more upon a woman named Elizabeth who is liked by a man named Mr.Darcy. At first mr. Darcy insluts her, but as they get to know each other Mr. Darcy is enchanted by Elizabeth. There is some interference with their relationship though, a man named Mr. Collins wants to marry Elizabeth but Elizabeth is doesn't think that she will be happy as Ms. Collins who she denies it. Mr. Darcy affection for Elizabeth keeps on growing, and ask her to marry him. Elizabeth denies it and says that he would be the last man on earth that she would want to marry. Later in the book Elizabeth realizes that she misjudged him. This book was good it has old fashion writing though, which makes it harder to read but overall i thought it was a good book

A great classic. A book about happiness and romance and the difficulties they bring.

I was introduced to this nineteenth century romance by my aunts. Pride and Prejudice is probably my favorite Jane Austen, though Sense and Sensibility is good too. The characters are so vibrant and lively that they feel real, as though you've known them awhile.

I just love, I mean love this book. Proves that love humbles the stubbornest of creatures.
