This book is great for those interested in improving their eye-sight by natural means. The first half of the book explains the philosophical and psycholgical background, including Huxley's own miraculous recovery from near blindness. Some very practical excercises, both mental and physical offer the opportunity to improve eye-sight. 5 stars.
