If you have read one single book on leadership and/or are a management student....avoid this book. loads of crap...repetitive...contains everything you knew since you were five. all the author has managed to convince me is that he has met a LOT of people who were doing things written about in this book. So when those people mentioned in the book write autobiographies, i should go and buy them.
