At my previous job I had the whole team take the questionnaire and we sat down together to discuss results. Very helpful to me for understanding and building my team. And it was very encouraging for everyone.

Wow, what a great tool to discover your top 5 strengths. Includes a code to take a 175 question online test as well as the book that helps you understand those strengths and how to use them. A transformative book for me and highly recommended.

    A very interesting paradox:
"...the aim of any learning program is to help us become who we are not.[...] and so much of our life's energy is focused on fixing our weaknesses"
nevertheless "...when we're able to put most of our energy into developing our natural talents, extraordinary room for growth exists..."

    and this is so true!

This was a simple easy to ready. Insightful as a beginning stage but didn't really breakdown a lot of the characteristics very much. the online version that accompanies the book is very useful.
