  “A great discussion of how the Electoral College can be interpreted in so many ways. Amazing that this was written before the Election of 2000.
  
  It was riveting for the first two-thirds, but since I can't tell you how it ended I have to assume the story didn't hold up all the way. But if you want to see a Constitutional issue in motion this is a good funny civics lesson.”
