I have a real interest in the Titanic, so this book was just what I wanted. The photography and the illustrations are really wonderful, as is the story of how Ballard and his team located the famous ship. I wish it were jard cover, because eventually my fell to pieces.

This is an indepth book about the ship and the man who discovered her. I love watching all of Dr. Ballards TV specials, and his writing is just as engaging. I learned a lot about the behind the scenes hunt for Titanic that I did not know. I also learned a lot about what happened on Titanic itself the night it went down.

A fascinating account on the discovery of the ill-fated Titanic. Before the Titanic movie came out, this was the next best thing to seeing the Titanic. The photographs in this book are amazing.

I've always loved the Titanic so learning more about it's discovery was great. I had no idea about a bunch of things in this book.
