See How They Run by James Patterson was really interesting and able to keep me into the story for the majority of the book. Almost every chapter was filled with some sort of action, whether it be a kidnapping, a hint in the murders, or even a crazy bombing. The book was about a vengeful terrorist group amde up of Jews who wanted to finally take their revenge against the Nazi's from the Holocaust. The book follows the main character Alix Rothschild as she begins to realize her past and how she is actually connected to the this group or organization. She is faced with alot of different dilemas within the book, she is often faced with more emotional and inner conflict then physically being tormented. She seems like her life is falling apart and thigns are jsut getting to hard for her. She realizes she must stop the group from killing millions of people at the Olympics. The book gets extremely intense after this secret is brought to your attention. The book then takes a much quicker pace and what seemed to be a long book, isn't too bad anymore. If you enjoy a book that has a good backstory and is is intense with emotion and action, then you may want to read this. I would also recommend this book to someone who enjoys history or would finds the Holocaust interesting. The book was very well written also, it flowed very well. If you want to have an enojyable read, try this book, but if you don't like it dont blame me.

This book started off hard, and it started to get good there in the beginning. I'm about half way through right now and I'm just not that interested. I hope to finish this book and be happy that I read it!

This early work by James Patterson, shows how far he has come as a writer. The story basically revolves around a small Jewish terrorist group who are out to right the wrongs commited by the Nazis during the Holocast. In addition to other groups they feel have persecuted Jews from the beginning of time and as a result this group plans an event at the Olympics to get the world attention and gain retribution. Spun within this tale is a young man and his relationsship with Alex Rothschild. The action escalates as the truth is revealed about Alex's past and her ties with the Jewish terrosist group and Stuart's race against time to save millions of athletes and tourists from death. This book was not one my favorites by Patterson, but it kept me turning the pages and made me think.

'See How They Run' takes place in the 1980s, and is about two people, Alix Rothschild (or Rothman) and David Strauss. David Strauss' grandmother is in a secret society that is trying to eliminate all Nazi war criminals, but after she, Heather Strauss (David's wife) and Nick (his brother) are murdered, David knows something's wrong, and that he needs to do something. He and Alix get together and share their memories from when they were close friends, and what they remember about the Holocaust. They know that all of the recent murders have to do with the Holocaust, so they trek off to Germany, to find one of Elena Strauss' friends (Elena is David's grandmother.
This book was awesome. The language and flow of the words are just what I like about James Patterson. I really enjoyed this book, and it really made me think because of all of the information on the Holocaust, and how horrible it was. There was a lot of action, and I really liked that. The book was a very sobering reminder of what the Jews had to go through.
I would recommend this book to anyone that really needs a good book with a lot of action and adventure with some old history thrown in.
