A great follow up to the 7 habits book - I probably enjoyed this even more than the first.

Thisis one of the few self help books I have read from cover to cover. I read over Christmas 2004 and it hugely impacted the way I manage myself in time.
So much so I have been an avid user of the Stephen Covey diary /planning system ever since then. It is so much more than time mangement. It's a paradigm shift about doing more with less and working towards life balance.

I find Covey an interesting and complex author. Frequently brilliant while frequently dull. Repetitious and long for all that it delivers.

The clock vs. the compass, doing what's important rather than what's urgent. All excellent advice. But as usual, Covey does it in hundreds of pages when it could be, like, one hundred. But if you like Covey--and I do--this isn't his worst book.
