This time around, I found myself enjoying the 4th installment of Artemis Fowl much more. It is a masterful plotline that rivals the 3rd one immensely.

One note: Am I the only one who finds that Butler does not really act 15 years older anymore, as if Colfer has forgotten that his body...

Artemis Fowl: The Opal Deception, by Eoin Coifer, is a great book about fantasy and adventure. The book starts out with Opal Koboi in a mental hospital, for she is in a coma. She is locked up, because she is a criminal, and tried to rule the world. She then escapes with the help of her minions who were working as janitors. THe main character, Artemis Fowl, knows nothing of the fairy race, for he was mind-wiped, and Captain Holly Short of the Fairy Police really needs his help to catch Opal.

Artemis Fowl: The Opal Deception, by Eoin Coifer, is a great book about crime and friendship. The disappearance of Opal really starts the book off, but theres a twist, because in this one Artemis knows nothing of the Fairy race, so Holly must find a way to get him to remember. When, Holly contacts Artemis he has a slight feeling that he knows her, but just can't remember. This book is about great friendship, because with the help of his friends, Holly and Mulch, he regains his memory, and catches Opal for the second time. This time though she is locked up for good.
