Really, really short pieces of fiction. Reading a single story from the book is like eating a single french fry in one sitting: it's impossible :)

After reading 22 stories, I had to give up the ghost.

I love the format, In fact I enjoyed the original edition published over a decade ago. I recall being impressed by the short short stories it contained.

This volume, however, doesn't carry the same energy from story to story. They're clever but uninteresting. Therefore, I'm putting this book down. I'll probably keep it and pick it up again later.

Peace,
"Guided by the Ancestors"
