This was a really smart and witty book that actually helps you remember the greek gods.

It was good but I found the situation with Luke completely predictable. That aside I enjoyed the book.

This is a great book. I like how he mixed the Greek Gods with modern civilization.

The Percy Jackson books are AMAZINGLY funny, entertaining and well-written stories of modern-day Greek mythology. Fans of Greek mythology will appreciate all the references to stories by Ovid, Virgil, Homer, and Hesiod, among others.

Intirguing. You feel like you go back into the ancient Greece times. Amazingly told by Rick Riordan. Percy, soon to find out he is an important demigod, must rescue Zeus's lightning bolt, and stop a few wars, planned on happening there in New York, on the 600th floor of the Empire State Building.
