“Hi--I'm Sandi, the author of this book. I had to laugh at the comment from the woman who said Lily drove her nuts; she drove ME nuts, too! But I could not get her voice out of my head...and her inability to move forward in her life was a constant source of angst for me. But by the end of the book, I could see that she was probably going to get out of her rut and do some growing up. Sometimes--sigh--that's all you can ask of these characters that move into your head and demand that you do their typing for them. My new book, coming out in November, is KISSING GAMES OF THE WORLD, and those characters are VERY decisive about each other. They know they hate each other, and they are surprised to find that they actually can't live without each other either.
