“Mary Stewart sets most of her stories in European or Middle eastern locales. This tale is set in Greece and her heroine is an engaging young Englishwoman. I read it many years ago, when I was just a teenager, finding it easy to identify with Nicola and her adventure. I've read it again, from time to time, and I still enjoy Stewart's prose.”
