“lots of good info. This book comes highly recommended by many dog trainers. She explores clicker training & talks about our unrealistic expectations of our family pets. I would recommend this to anyone with a new furbaby in the family. Proper training is soo important. ”

“The author is a dog trainer who trains using classical conditioning. She does not believe in "strangle" collars. She believes in rewarding behaviors with whatever the dog has become conditioned to such as food or toys, and she recommends using a clicker. She trains humanely. ”

“This book is amazing! I originally picked it up because there is a glowing recommendation by Dr. Ian Dunbar across the top of the front cover. This book is a great dissertation on dog behavior. There is a lot here that makes great sense - read it!”
