The cover says "Wide Awake: A Buddhist Guide for Teens" I don't know why shelfari has it as "Buddhism for the New Generation"
Although it was written for teens, I think it can be read by young adults. The concepts are still the same. I didn't know much about Buddhism and someone gave me this book as a gift. It gives a pretty good overall explanation.
