This is a really good book. The persons who want to be learn the things, when the circumstances are changing. We can learn more about facing the challenges, thinking, presumtions,etc.......

similar to "Who Moved My Cheese" I think I enjoyed this one better though. This book is about the change process told in a creative way. When you read it, you'll probably be able to identify with one of the characters.

this book is awesome. It reveals various situation that people generally face while managing something with a very simple fable. Everyone can find a role similar to he/she is playing in life or an organization.

Another quick and easy read. I like that the characters were identified as penguins. It made the book and facts underneath easier to comprehend. I'm still waiting to use this in my personal or professional life, but I figure when the time comes, I'll be prepared for a melting iceberg.
