This book is about the change process told in a creative way. When you read it, you'll probably be able to identify with one of the characters.”

“Another quick and easy read. I like that the characters were identified as penguins. It made the book and facts underneath easier to comprehend. I'm still waiting to use this in my personal or professional life, but I figure when the time comes, I'll be prepared for a melting iceberg.”
