I read this for a book club and found it totally silly. I guess it's not my type of book.

I was under the spell of this book for days and days after reading it!! Set in the time of World War 2, it's the story of this superb German spy, who's got a top secret assignment( he's supposed to be the villian, but man,I was totally on his side!) and he's got the whole English government on his tail.Lots of his romance and humour thrown in...!! A very good read!!!

I read this book many, many years ago and was spellbound, truly. I can't speak on various sections today but if someone has recently read the book, I'd like to hear their comments. Ken Follett has a new novel out and I can't remember the title, but one day, in between the books I've promised to read, I'm going to buy his book.
