Didn’t Like It

I honeslty, really, really, really want to like Elric. I tried with THE VANISHING TOWER, but put it down because I could neither the character nor the writing. I found this book in a used bookstore, read the first page, saw that it was written better than the previoud Elric book I read, and decided to give it another shot. Granted, it seemed that Moorcock had improved in his abilities as a writer, it seeming as if he spent more than two weeks on this book than he did the original five-novel...
