“The problems of kings and kingdoms are thrown wide open in this tale of succession and successors. Granny Weatherwax with her cohorts Nanny Ogg and Magrat are in the middle of this grand escapade to deliver the kingdom of Lancre to its rightful heir. Pratchett expresses, as only he can, many wonderful observations on life, human nature, ego and ambition.”

“Funny, Outstanding, Love these Witches!!! Whenever I read Pratchett's Disc World series (especially those with these crazy gals) I ALWAYS laugh out loud. It's actually quite embarrassing when you laugh at something that only you read and everyone else stares at you . . . but its also pretty funny to catch their frowns when you're laughing yourself silly!”
