Not enough room here to go on about the visuals and lovely language of the weird and melancholy characters. I do believe the Chesire Cat represents God, and his disappearing presence. I've read it over many times...and do remember it being the first book ever to affect me and inspire further reading and writing in my life.

All-time classic, Lewis Carrol invented a whole new world for me to think about, and I often go there in my thoughts and day dreams. One of my favorite stories from childhood, but takes a mature mind to digest all of Carrol's style and creativity.
