  • Agamemnon: In Greek mythology, he was the son of King Atreus and Queen Aerope of Mycenae, the brother of Menelaus. When Helen, the wife of Menelaus, was abducted by Paris of Troy, Agamemnon commanded the united Greek armed forces in the ensuing Trojan War.
  • Kassandra: Princess of Troy. The daughter of King Priam and Queen Hecuba of Troy. Her beauty caused Apollo to grant her the gift of prophecy. When she did not return his love, Apollo placed a curse on her so that no one would ever believe her predictions. She is a figure both of the epic tradition and of tragedy, where her combination of deep understanding and powerlessness exemplify the ironic condition of humankind.
  • Penelope: In Greek mythology, Penelope is the faithful wife of Odysseus. She keep keeps her suitors at bay in Odysseus’ long absence.
