This is the third in the Candace Steele Vampire Killer trilogy (Think Stephanie Plum as a vampire hunter). This is the one that you have been waiting for and man is it worth it. From the word go I was both shocked and excited to see what was going to happen to Candace next. Throughout the trilogy we see her fighting vamps ridding the casino of low life’s and cons and fighting to keep from being devoured by her own passions and desires.
In this the final book in the trilogy (though I personally hope that we will see more in the future!) we get the answers to many questions that we have been longing for. Candace is forced to make a choice between the world of the living and the undead whether she likes it or not and I can’t say too much because I don’t want to give anything away. I will say that this one is HOT, HOT, HOT and while there was one scene that I kind of didn’t like personally ( a little to erotic even for me ) overall it was a wonderful addition to the trilogy and left me wanting more. Can she and Ash team up to defeat the ominous and powerful Board. Or will their love destroy them both.
I truly liked this series and I have to say wish there were more. I can’t wait to see more books from Ms. Dean and I know that when they do become available I will definitely be picking them up.
