“This is an allegory where the ant represents the conscious mind and the elephant represents the sub-conscious mind. Very well written and entertaining while imparting important concepts.
I like the summary at the end of each chapter and the list of action steps that I have found very useful when trying to utlitize these concepts.
I highly recommend this book for anyone trying to overcome life-long bad habits”
