“Ghost Hunters and the Totally Moldy Baroness

I’m reading a book called Ghost Hunters and the Totally Moldy Baroness.  The author is Cornelia Funke.   Tom and Hattie have a friendly ghost named “Hugo”.  The three of them hunt ghosts.  For example:Moldy Baroness is a ghost that they are trying to capture.  Mr. and Mrs. Worm called the Ghost Hunters in to get rid of Moldy Baroness. 

                  The Ghost Hunters plant traps for Baroness. Ghosts hate salt and green mint toothpaste.  Salt is like fire to ghosts and toothpaste is like a big force field to ghosts.  The Ghost Hunters put salt on the floor and toothpaste around the doors and windows.  Tom tells Hugo, since he’s a ghost, to put his shoes on. 

         When they were walking down the stairs Mrs. Worm started to giggle.  Baroness sneaked into Mrs. Worm’s body.  Baroness’ giggle was hoarse and raspy!  Her hair dripped green slime!  “This castle is mine, go away now,” said Baroness. If you want to learn more you should check it out.

         I chose this book because it’s a mystery book. I would recommend this book to any one ”

“Ghost hunters is one of my favorite series. It is mysterious, scary, and a good book to read when you're a scary stories fan. And it's not only scary and mystery, it's funny! Hugo the ghost is really the joker in the story.
So what are you waiting for, read it!
