“This book really helped me put my life in perspective when I was in High School. Loss is painful and Millman's fictional alter-ego's journey with his fictional yogi Socrates is a lot of fun as a fictional read and as a self-help book. I wouldn't say the book changed my life, but I would say that Millman's refreshing take on living and putting the past behind you are important lessons we can all learn from and be reminded of every day.”
