Rogue States is one of the run of the mill books which are full of tirade on US strive for Global Domination. Some of the accounts of Deli, Africa are eye opening ones... If read in isolation, one might tend to have his eyes widened... but considering the other better works of Noam Chomsky one might not put it in the best of the breed bracket. One drawback... manifests the bad side... nothing on Good side or ways to stop the process.
