A bit dated, but a good read for the dads, provided they have a bit of a sense of humor about some of Bradley's pre-ERA phrasing. (For example, guys, I don't recommend walking up to your newly delivered wife, while she's trying to get the knack of breastfeeding, and proclaiming "Now would be a good time to practice your Kegels, sweetheart..." ) But, still a helpful book. Check out a more recent offering, Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way by Susan McCutcheon-Roseg. Delivering mothers will love that one.”

The very best way you can do that is take a Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth class. Visit www.bradleybirth.com to find an instructor in your area. You won't believe what you'll learn.”
