Testament de Primo Lévi, cet essai tente de mieux montrer la fragilité de l'homme à travers l'expérience de vie insensée des camps de concentration.
Ce livre n'est pas facile à lire, mais beaucoup disent qu'il est essentiel.

Poor Primo Levi. Everyone knows how heartbreaking and disgusting the holocaust was but once you read what Primo Levi has to say, you can grasp onto the idea of it like you were there. Levi seemed to be a survivor, but he ended up killing himself. I don't think anybody survived.

This book felt so incredibly dark. Levi does such a superb job addressing the holocaust, those affected, and the psyche of the prisoner that you can't help but to hurt all over.

A heart-wrenching and passionately honest account. Primo Levi took the debate about what happened to brave places where many others fear to look.

Powerful stuff. I read it years ago and yet I still think about it.

No superlatives enough to describe the book.
