This was the first book I read of P.J.'s. I've been a fan ever since. He's like Dave Barry, but with a better brain. He's definitely a libertarian, being Mencken fellow at Cato Institute. He's irreverent, always poignant, and is highly skeptical of the good any government can do. How can you not like that.
