“Awesome book. It had a lot of mystery, many scenes of intense action, and humor. I loved this book so much that i finished it in like 2 days. it would have been sooner but you know...school. ]:(. I recomend this book”

I recommend it! It is facinating.”“The novel Pearls of Lutra by the author Brian Jacques is a five star book for its action packed adventure. The characters in the book are animals and the location and time setting is unknown as. In a tropical island called Sampetra there lives an evil king, Ublaz. He has made a beautiful crown of gold, only one thing is missing, the tears of all oceans, six beautiful rose-colored pearls that inspire passion and greed in everyone that sees them. At Redwall a young hedgehog maid, Tansy, is determined to find them as well. Each pearl is separately hidden with a clue to where the next pearl is hidden. Ublaz wants the pearls for his own greed and Tansy wants the pearls to save one close to her.”

“This is great! Goes right along with what readers would expect from Mr. Jacques. Great sea story, as his pirate/ship books are the best.”
