“The novel Pearls of Lutra by the author Brian Jacques is a five star book for its action packed adventure. The characters in the book are animals and the location and time setting is unknown as. In a tropical island called Sampetra there lives an evil king, Ublaz. He has made a beautiful crown of gold, only one thing is missing, the tears of all oceans, six beautiful rose-colored pearls that inspire passion and greed in everyone that sees them. At Redwall a young hedgehog maid, Tansy, is determined to find them as well. Each pearl is separately hidden with a clue to where the next pearl is hidden. Ublaz wants the pearls for his own greed and Tansy wants the pearls to save one close to her.”
