Yes | No“Good overview of eating raw; however, some of her new age spiritism is way off the mark for me. I am a Christian, and I simply have to look at man before the fall--Adam ate fruits, vegetables, and nuts! There must be something to this raw thing!”

Yes | No“Although not the best book in terms of information regarding the raw lifestyle, definitely entertaining and inspiring. Great stepping stone for this interested in the lifestyle. Like the bonus recipes at the end of the book. ”

Yes | No“I was actually expecting more from this book - - it was a little more "AA" than I would like. Once I realized that, the title of the book was far more clear. I had assumed (and hoped for) a more specific and detailed "to-do" list for being raw.
The recipes in the back are a little redeeming.”
