Wow! This book had everything. I laughed, I was sad, I was curious... There is adventure and new ideas. This is an older book, written in 1979, but it still holds up well during our time. Enjoy something really different, by reading this book.

I loved this book when I was in my teens and had no taste. Then I read it again last year, and couldn't believe how terrible it was. Clunky, unbelievable dialogue, unconvincing action scenes, stupid plot twists, rampant racism and sexism, and a central character who's so naff and hateful, I ended up putting it down half way through, and resolving never to touch it again.

Rubbish in the extreme.
