“I was a little tough at first dealing with humans not being treated as number one in importance. I am having trouble finding the words for it; but treated almost indifferently and yet not. Usually humans are good or bad but important. In this they are important as a threat but on the dragons' meal plan. When the drake is hungry he eats human children and I did not really accept or take that well at first. Even if he painted the kid out to be a lazy little chubby disobedient thing that wondered off when it should not have: "had it coming" one might say. ”
