  “I have only read one poem from this book (because I haven't bought it yet) but I think it may be my favorite poem in the world. Mentioned in it are: pregnant coyote, pizza, a frog in your mouth, a bird in your head, gold (very little gold), and an attempt to lick your heart. Don't you want to read it?”

  “I may be one of the few people who can stand to read poetry for any length of time but even if I weren't I would still think this was an amazing collection of works. If you are trying to get into poetry then Dean Young is one of the best places to start. There is a fine line between abstraction of language and pertinacious dribble and these poems (for the most part) stay to the right side.”
